1. 1/2 cup ghee / oil.
2. 8 boiled eggs.
3. 2 big onions finely chopped.
4. 3 cloves garlic.
5. 3 bay leaves.
6. 2 large cardamom.
7. 5 small cardamom.
8. 2 inch lentil sugar.
9. 1/2 teaspoon turmeric.
10. 1/2 teaspoon chili powder.
11. 2 cups Basmati rice.
12. 21/2 cup hot water.
13. Salt as per taste.
14. 1 tsp garam masala powder.
15. 1 teaspoon meat masala.
16. 1 teaspoon finely chopped coriander leaves.
17. 3-4 chopped tomatoes.

First of all, heat ghee or oil in a deep pan. When it gets hot, add only onion and garlic and fry it. After a while put cinnamon, bay leaves and cardamom in the same pan and fry till they turn golden brown. Now gently pour the boiled eggs into the pan with the help of a spoon or fork and sprinkle turmeric and chili powder over it and mix the ingredients well with light hands for 5 minutes. Then add rice and stir for 2 minutes. Then add salt and water to it as per taste. Allow the ingredients to cook on low heat. And cook until the rice soaks the water thoroughly. After cooking, add garam masala and meat masala. And serve garnished with chopped coriander and tomatoes.
