SOUTH CHINA SEA

  China owns 85% of South China Sea. South China Sea is filled with huge amount of natural resources. And through the route of South China Sea, there is trade of 350 lakh crores every year.

- South China sea is a large part of the Pacific Ocean. And it extends from Taiwan to Indonesia

- Approximately 35% of all ships from sea-going merchant ships use this route.

- China tells everyone in the world. That south China sea is mine only. Therefore China asserts its authority there, which is not true. China keeps doing its arbitrariness there.

- India also has Indian ocean. But India never says that Indian ocean belongs to India. There are many countries which are close to the ocean. What will happen if all countries start asserting their rights?

-  brunei, Malaysia, Philippines, Vietnam, Taiwan, on South China sea assert their rights.

- But in these countries, no South China Sea is illegal. Because this country is not a landfax like China. Which is very big land mafia. Therefore, China's neighbors are not happy and do not keep their relation. China should give up the policy of land mafia.

- India should respond to this decision. If India does not respond to China, then India may face great difficulties for its business. Because India too, about 55% of its business acts as a shipping channel between Strait of Malacca, indian ocean, Pacific Ocean. 

- India should also take advantage of this opportunity from China. India should demand from China that China should get entry to India in NSG. After that, India will also support India China in south China sea. And countries which are members of NSG. India should meet with those countries and tell them. That we at NSG

 Entry required. That is why I am supporting China. When India gets the consent of all the countries. When India is fully entered into NSG, then India will have to do something that China starts hating India. When China hates India completely. Then India should interfere in the south china sea. Anyway, China cheats with all countries. What difference does it make if India betrays China once. Anyway, China specializes in cheating. 

- China is a country from which all countries are troubled. And China does not follow all international laws. 

- About 55% of the trade takes place through the route of South China sea, ie the world uses this route for its needs. For the whole world, this route acts like a gate way.

- All of you will know that the United Nations Convention on the Law of the Sea has been signed. But even then China keeps doing its own arbitrariness.

- United Nations Convention on the Law of the Sea According to this agreement, the area of ​​any country from the coast to 20 km is considered to be part of that country.

- No tax is levied on any type of army or warship of any country and ships passing through EEZ i.e. Exclusive Economic Zone.

- All countries together must respond to China's growing grandeur.

  चीन South china sea के 85% हिस्से पर अपना अधिकार जताता हैं। South china sea में बहुत ही अधिक मात्रा में प्राकृतिक संसाधनों से भरा पड़ा है।और South china sea के  रास्ते से हर वर्ष 350 लाख करोड़ का व्यापार होता रहता है।

-- south china sea  प्रशांत महासागर एक बड़ा हिस्सा है। और यह ताइवान से लेकर इंडोनेशिया तक फैला हुआ है

--  पूरे दुनिया में समुद्री रास्ते से आने जाने वाले व्यापारिक जहाजों से लगभग 35%  जहाज आने जाने के लिए  इस मार्ग का इस्तेमाल करते हैं। 

--  चीन विश्व में सब को बताता है। की south China sea  मेरा ही है। इसलिए चीन वहां पर अपना अधिकार जताता है जो यह बात सही नहीं है। वहां पर चीन अपना मनमानी करता रहता है।

--  इंडिया के पास भी indian ocean हैं। लेकिन इंडिया कभी नहीं कहता कि indian ocean  इंडिया का है।  ऐसे बहुत से देश जिसके नजदीक में ocean होते हैं। अगर सभी देश अपना अपना अधिकार जताने लगे तो क्या होगा?

-- South china sea  पर ब्रोनोई, मलेशिया, फिलीपींस, वियतनाम, ताइवान, अपना अधिकार जताते हैं।

--  लेकिन इन देशों में कोई भी south china sea  मैं अवैध हक नहीं जताते हैं। क्योंकि यह देश चीन की तरह भूमाफिया नहीं है। जो कि चीन बहुत बड़ा भूमाफिया है। इसलिए चीन के पड़ोसी खुश नहीं रहते और अपना संबंध नहीं रखते। चीन को भूमाफिया के नीति छोड़नी चाहिए।

--   भारत को इस फैसले पर जवाब देना चाहिए। अगर भारत चीन को जवाब नहीं देता है तो भारत को अपने व्यापार के लिए बहुत बड़ा मुश्किलों का सामना करना पड़ सकता है। क्योंकि भारत भी लगभग 55%  अपना  ब्यापार Strait of Malacca, हिंदमहासागर, Pacific ocean के बीच shipping channel का काम करती हैं। 

--  भारत को भी इस मौके का चीन से फायदा उठाना चाहिए। भारत चीन से यह मांग करें कि चीन भारत को  NSG  मैं एंट्री दिलाए।  तब जाकर भारत भी south china sea में  भारत चीन का सपोर्ट करेगा। और जो देश NSG  का सदस्य हैं।  भारत उन देशों से पर्सनल मीटिंग करके बताना चाहिए। कि हम NSG में 

 एंट्री चाहिए। इसलिए चीन का सपोर्ट कर रहा हूं। भारत को जब सभी देशों का सहमति मिल जाये। जब भारत को NSG में पूरी तरह एंट्री हो जाए तभी भारत को कुछ ऐसा करना होगा कि चीन भारत से नफरत करने लगे। जब चीन भारत से पूर्ण रूप से नफरत करने लगेगा। तब भारत को south china sea में दखल देना चाहिए। वैसे भी चीन सभी देशों के साथ धोखा देता ही है। अगर भारत एक बार चीन को धोखा दे दे तो क्या फर्क पड़ता है। वैसे भी चीन धोखा देने में माहिर है।

--  चीन एक ऐसा देश है जिससे सभी देश परेशान रहते हैं। और चीन सभी अंतरराष्ट्रीय कानूनों का पालन नहीं करता है।

-- south china sea के मार्ग से लगभग 55%  व्यापार होता है यानी पूरी दुनिया जरूरतों के लिए ये मार्ग का इस्तेमाल करता है। पूरी दुनिया के लिए ये मार्ग एक Gate way की तरह काम करता है। 

--  आप सभी को पता होगा कि United Nations Convention on the Law of the Sea  पर समझौते पर हस्ताक्षर किया हुआ है। लेकिन फिर भी चीन अपना मनमानी करता रहता है।

-- United Nations Convention on the Law of the Sea  इस समझौते के मुताबिक कोई भी देश का इलाका समुद्र किनारे से लेकर 20 km तक के हिस्से को उसी देश का भाग माना जाता है।

--  किसी भी देश का सेना या युद्धपोत और जहाज EEZ यानी Exclusive Economic Zone से गुजरने वाले जहाजों को किसी भी प्रकार का टैक्स वसूल नहीं किया जाता है।

--  सभी देशों को मिलकर चीन के बढ़ते दादागिरी को जबाब देना चाहिए।
