  A teacher is a person of the society who makes the society a well-organized and well-educated. Like a child, a teacher also teaches from a educational institution. And creates the future using the same education. It is the gift of the teacher. That new construction is taking place in the world. The teacher has an important role in it because the teacher leads one of the goals of his learner. By which the learner follows that path and makes his life contemporary. And invents something that is very useful for society. So, in society, you see doctors and engineers. That too is due to the teacher. But even today, teachers are fully engaged in their work. And improving the lives of students.

The teacher should be respected with respect to the country and lead a normal life in the society. For this, the second Vice President of the country, Dr. radhakrishnan Sarvepalli, asked to celebrate his birthday. As a result, Teachers 'Day is celebrated on 5 September while World Teachers' Day is celebrated on 5 October. The year 2020 has been very bad for private teachers because since March 2020, the world-wide carona epidemic has put a lockdown in the whole country and abroad. Due to which human life itself has stopped. But after a few months, there is some relaxation in the lockdown in the country. So that life does not stop. But the school and college is still closed today. Due to which private teachers are facing a lot of problems. Today almost all the institutes in the country have opened, but still schools and educational institutions are closed. I would like to say one more thing that in this period of unemployment, teachers are going through mental exploitation by private colleges. This is not exploited by all schools but most are schools where teachers are mentally abused. This is a very shameful thing for the society. Because that creates educated human for the development of the country. If his mental exploitation continues, the development of the country will stop and no student will want to become a teacher in future. And when there is no teacher in the country, people will not get education and the development of the country will stop.

The effect of this exploitation is now visible in boys and girls. Because today if you ask students if you want to become a teacher, you will get 80% answer or not. But if you talk about doctors and engineers or civil services, you will get about 95% of the answer in this favor. Therefore, to change this research, mental abuse of teachers will have to be stopped. So some rules have to be laid down for privatized colleges.

अध्यापक

  शिक्षक समाज का एक ऐसा व्यक्ति है जो समाज को एक सुसंगठित एवं सुद्रढ़ बनाता हैं। शिक्षक भी एक बालक की भांति किसी शिक्षण संस्थान से शिक्षा ग्रहण करता है। और उसी शिक्षा का उपयोग करके भविष्य को निर्मित करता है। शिक्षक की ही देन हैं। कि विश्व में जो नव निर्माण हो रहा है। उसमें शिक्षक की महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका है क्योंकि  शिक्षक ही अपने  शिक्षार्थी का एक लक्ष्य की ओर अग्रसित करता है। जिससे शिक्षार्थी उस पथ पर चलकर अपने जीवन को सदोपरि बनाता है। और समाज के लिए किसी ऐसे वस्तु का अविष्कार करता है जो समाज के लिए बहुत उपयोगी होता है। अतः समाज में जो आपको डॉक्टर एवं इंजीनियर दिखाई पड़ते हैं। वह भी शिक्षक की ही देन है। लेकिन आज भी शिक्षक अपने कार्यों में पूर्ण रूप से लगे हुए हैं। और विद्यार्थियों के जीवन को संवार रहे हैं। 

शिक्षक को देश में सम्मान की दृष्टि से सम्मान मिले और वह समाज में सामान्य जीवन व्यतीत करें। इसके लिए देश के दूसरे उपराष्ट्रपति डॉ  राधाकृष्णन सर्वपल्ली जी  ने अपने जन्म दिवस के रूप में मनाने को कहा। जिसके परिणाम स्वरूप 5 सितंबर के दिन शिक्षक दिवस मनाया जाता है जबकि विश्व शिक्षक दिवस 5 अक्टूबर को मनाया जाता है। साल 2020 निजी शिक्षकों के लिए बहुत बुरा रहा क्योंकि मार्च 2020 से पूरे विश्व में फैले कॅरोना महामारी से संपूर्ण देश व विदेश में लॉकडाउन लगा दिया गया है। जिससे मानव जीवन ही रुक गया है। परंतु कुछ महीनों के पश्चात देश में लॉकडाउन में कुछ छूट दी गई है। ताकि जीवन रोक ना पाए। परंतु स्कूल व कालेज आज भी बंद है। जिससे निजी शिक्षकों को काफी दिक्कतों का सामना करना पड़ रहा है। आज लगभग देश में सभी संस्थान खोल चुके हैं परंतु अभी भी स्कूल व शिक्षण संस्थान बंद है। एक बात और कहना चाहूंगा कि बेरोजगारी के इस दौर में प्राइवेट कालेजों द्वारा शिक्षकों को मानसिक शोषण से गुजरना पड़ रहा है। यह शोषण सभी विद्यालयों द्वारा नहीं किया जाता परंतु अधिकांश ऐसे विद्यालय हैं।जहाँ शिक्षकों का मानसिक शोषण किया जाता है। यह समाज के लिए बहुत ही शर्मनाक बात है। क्योंकि जो देश के विकास के लिए शिक्षित मानव का निर्माण करता है।

यदि उसी का मानसिक शोषण होता रहा तो देश का विकास रुक जाएगा और भविष्य में कोई भी छात्र शिक्षक नहीं बनना चाहेगा। और जब देश में शिक्षक ही नहीं रहेगा तो लोगों को शिक्षा नहीं प्राप्त हो पाएगा और देश का विकास रुक जाएगा। इस शोषण का प्रभाव अब बालकों एवं बालिकाओं में दिखाई पड़ता नजर आ रहा है। क्योंकि अगर आज आप विद्यार्थियों से पूछेंगे कि क्या आप शिक्षक बनना चाहोगे तो आपको 80%  जवाब मिलेगा कि नहीं। पर यदि डॉक्टर एवं इंजीनियर या सिविल सर्विसेज की बात करेंगे तो आपको लगभग 95% जवाब इसी पक्ष में मिलेगा।अतः इसी शोध को बदलने के लिए शिक्षकों का  मानसिक शोषण रोकना होगा।अतः नीजीकृत कॉलेजों के लिए कुछ नियम निर्धारित करने होंगे।
