 Anger is very harmful to you. Anger causes a lot of damage to you and your body. So friends, stop getting angry.  I have got a very good solution for this. 

Nowadays, our relationships get destroyed because of anger. People are jealous and angry with each other in their homes. I get angry at small things. In today's era, everyone gets angry. People are angry with family members, office colleagues, friends,  etc. Sometimes, we get so angry that we lose control - and we keep getting angrier and angrier. We all can control our anger. It is an art to control anger. We all can learn this art and our relationships and health can be saved.    


1. To reduce anger, do yoga every morning. Your mind will remain calm and your body healthy.

2. To reduce anger, one should listen to music, read books, watch TV, crack jokes, watch comedy videos and movies.

3. Also, to reduce anger one should play games like Ludo, Chess, Carrom, Monopoly, etc.

4. People get angry when stress increases in their lives. Angry people should sleep well. Angry people should get at least 10 hours of sleep. Sleeplessness is also a reason for anger. Due to poor sleep, your body feels weak & unrested.  Consequently, body pain starts and a person starts getting irritated and angry.     


5. When you start getting angry over small things you damage your relationships. When angry, you should immediately get up from that place and go for a walk outside.  When a prisoner commits a major crime, he is imprisoned in a cell. The prisoner is not allowed to roam. The prisoner has to stay in one room with no sunlight or entertainment etc.  Because of this, the prisoner starts getting irritable. In the same way, your anger is also like that of a prisoner. Therefore, you should keep your body & your mind open and not become like a prisoner. Do not get angry on small things. Talk to people around you with love. You and others will love it. 


6. Whenever you get angry, take a long and deep breath immediately and drink cold water, which will give you an opportunity to think and speak.  This will improve your communication with your friends & family.

7. Friends, wherever you are working, do not fester anger inside you. Talk to others with love and always keep a smile on your face.
